Chief Instructor Pat Houlihan commenced training in Tae Kwon-Do in 1978 in Ireland under grand Master Norman Creedon. Pat runs East London Schools Of Tae Kwon-Do who are the premiere ITF Tae known-Do clubs in the South East region. We have won Best Club title in the LTSI English open and South East open Championships 4 times. We practice ITF style Tae Kwon-Do as laid out in the Encyclopaedia of Tae Kwon-Do written by the Founder of the art General Choi Hong Hi.
